Design flows better with clear terms — gently, respectfully, and upfront.
✦ Deposit Required▼
To reserve your space in our calendar, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. It’s a mutual commitment — your way of saying “I’m ready,” and ours of saying “Let’s begin.” Work starts only once this is received.
✦ Final Payment▼
The remaining 50% is due at completion, before final files are delivered. A full preview will be shared for your approval — calm, clear, and complete.
✦ Payment Methods▼
We accept bank transfers and selected digital wallets. Details will be included in your invoice — straightforward and transparent.
✦ Refunds & Cancellations▼
Because design is a custom, time-invested process, all deposits are non-refundable. If something shifts — life, timing, plans — we ask that you let us know as early as possible, so we can adjust with intention.
✦ Late Payments▼
Delays in payment may lead to rescheduling. If more than 14 days pass without final payment, a late fee may apply — not as a penalty, but to honor the rhythm of our work and commitments.
