A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to begin any project. All scopes and deliverables are agreed in writing.

Final designs become the client’s intellectual property upon full payment. Drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain the property of AESTHETIC unless otherwise agreed.

We respect your confidentiality and expect the same in return. Any shared content, business strategy, or internal documents are not to be disclosed.

Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes or expanded scope will be quoted separately with mutual agreement.

AESTHETIC reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless an NDA is signed. We appreciate being credited where possible.
