- Initial concepts are delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Final deliverables are completed within 5–7 business days, depending on feedback cycles.
- For complex or large-scale design packages, total turnaround may extend to 14–30 business days.
- Includes 2 free revision rounds after initial delivery (applied within 7 days).
- Additional revision rounds are quoted separately based on scope.
- We offer ongoing creative support and updates as part of our extended service plans (on request).
- We communicate via Email, Google Meet, or preferred platform (Slack, Notion, etc.).
- Upon project completion, we’ll guide you through asset usage, licensing, and archival best practices.
